|1 cup Cornmeal|
|½ cup All Purpose Flour|
|1 tbsp Baking Powder|
|1 tsp Baking Soda|
|½ tsp Pepper, white|
|1 tsp Cayenne Pepper|
|1 tbsp Salt, kosher|
|Combine above dry ingredients into a bowl|
|1 ½ cup Buttermilk, ¼ cup Canola oil|
|½ cup Corn kernels, ¼ cup Parsley, chopped|
|2 tbsp Chives Chopped, 1 Onion, grated|
|3 Eggs, beaten lightly, 1 lb Maloen's Hot, diced small|
Preheat fryer to 325 degrees. Combine the next ingredients.
Add to the dry, continue to mix until blended. Test a sample and adjust the salt.
Fold diced Malone’s into the batter. Scoop teaspoon size batter into the hot oil and fry until golden. About 4-5 minutes.
Drain and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
